Welcome to SPACE-4, a dynamic, creative organisational development practice, specialising in the health care sector. Our focus is on the human dimensions of change and it is this orientation that underpins all that we do. SPACE-4 is a collaborative of expert OD practitioners and strategists with diverse and complementary areas of interest and expertise. With a broad range of experience in OD in the health care sector, Space4 first came together in 2011, and we are delighted that our practice continues to grow successfully. Our associates have continued to develop and enhance their practice through the variety of clients and assignments we are able to support, investment in understanding the latest evidence and tools available to OD practitioners, through academic study and periodically immersing themselves in interim roles.

What we do

We create space for our clients to develop and implement interventions that improve individual, team and organisational performance. Our core team, together with a network of associates, provides access to a wide range of skills and expertise to work with you to make sense and meaning of what is happening, and create and deliver programmes that generate both incremental and radical change at all levels.
